About
The Procurement Manager is a focused tool for procurement and operations leads who manage 30 to 300 software and vendor agreements. Its single workflow — the Renewal Decision Chaser — ensures you get a documented renew, renegotiate, or cancel decision before each contract's notice deadline.
Contract metadata typically lives in spreadsheets. Renewal decisions require input from Finance, IT, and the business owner. This tool brings those inputs together in one place, with exact dates and source evidence, so the procurement team can act before the window closes.
Who it is for
Procurement or operations leads at small and mid-sized companies with 30 to 300 software or vendor agreements, where contract metadata lives in spreadsheets and renewal decisions require coordination across finance, IT, and the business owner.
How it works
- Add contracts. Import vendors and agreements manually or via CSV, including renewal dates, notice deadlines, annual spend, and source links.
- Route reviews. The system opens a renewal review at a configurable lead time before the notice deadline and invites business owners, Finance, and IT to respond via authenticated app or scoped email link.
- Make the decision. Procurement sees a single decision packet with collected votes, source evidence, and the real contractual notice date. An authorized approver confirms Renew, Renegotiate, Prepare Cancellation, or Defer. The system never cancels, renews, emails a vendor, signs, or makes a purchase.
What it is not
- Not contract lifecycle management or spend management.
- No vendor portals, purchase orders, or request-to-pay.
- No automated cancellation, vendor emails, or contract signing.
- No AI legal advice, license usage analytics, or invoice integrations.
- Not a generic contract repository search.
