Who we are and who may use the service
The Procurement Manager is operated by Max Benz, Am hohen Stein 36a, 01189 Dresden, Germany. The service is offered to businesses only. By signing up you confirm that you act for a business and not as a consumer.
The service
The Procurement Manager lets you record vendor contracts, route renewal reviews and keep a decision ledger. It does not give legal advice, read contracts for you, or cancel, renew or sign anything. You are responsible for confirming notice deadlines against the contract.
Plans and billing
Starter costs $49 per month and Growth costs $99 per month. Each workspace is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. A card is required at checkout. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Contract limits are 50 for Starter and 250 for Growth.
Promotion codes
A promotion code such as BLACKFRIDAY26 is entered in Stripe Checkout. It applies only to the terms shown there. After a promotional period the regular price applies unless you cancel before it ends.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime in the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Paid periods are not refunded unless the law requires it.
Your data
You own the data you enter. You confirm that you may store it and invite the reviewers you name. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other workspaces, or send reviewer invitations to people who should not receive them.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory law. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual duties, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.
Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Contact: team@theprocurementmanager.com.
